	Bella Vita 5010 Indian River Drive Las Vegas,  Nv 89103 362-9556 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  1.0 Parking:  1.0 Appearance:  1.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   1.0 Noise:  1.0		Review Title:  Formerly Know As The Pointes Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  8/19/04      Rate This Apartment     Well....I give this place nooooo points at all....Make sure you know a good exterminator or arm yourselves with lots of bug spray...and if you want something fixed...maintennance may show up in a month...however...they probably wont fix the problem...they will just cover it up...like the mold in the walls...and the water stains on the ceilings...oh and by the way the new owner who is in the process of changing these to condos...is a big fat LIAR...6 sparkling pools...ha...that is a lie...they already dug one up...and the other 5 were closed down by the health department 7/28/04...but dont ask the office when they will be opened or they will tell you,
