	Kings Crossing 2150 N Tenaya Las Vegas,  Nv 89128 702-254-6400 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  1.0 Parking:  3.0 Appearance:  1.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  4.0 Unit Condition:   3.0 Noise:  3.0		Review Title:  The Only Good Review (from February) Written By Th Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  11/13/04      Rate This Apartment     Just thought that everyone that reads the review from february should know that it was written by the staff, they were upset at all of the bad reviews that were written by the management team.the place is overrun by roaches and they have had two managers and a leasing agent that have stolen money.good managers wouldn't stay or couldn't handle it...they also as BES managemet made a policy of not offering the same special to everyone, which is DISCRIMINATION.And there are DEAD PIGEONS in the attics.The maintenance guys were great, they did the best with what they had and i felt bad for them.the office is full of rude, snotty people who really don't give a rat's toosh.the apartments are overrun with roaches and gang bangers, a lot of the gang members don't live there but still hang out there.not safe and i wouldn't walk there after dark.the ugly dark paint that they used is perfect for the type of dark cloud that continually hangs over...
