Apartment Review for Avanti Park Apartments - Las Vegas, NV

First things first. The Bad. MAKE SURE YOU GET AN UPSTAIRS UNIT!3rd Floor!! I was fooled into thinking that these units were of a more modern construction. Staff will tell you that they were designed as condos insinuating superior infrastructure insulation. DO NOT BELIEVE IT! It has become very stressful to hear the upstairs neighbor walk back and forth through out the house. Thankfully this is a temporary move for my family we will be leaving real soon. The mountain views are awesome and the perks are pretty standard. If you like seclusion these offer the best option. Get the 3rd floor by any means... I hope I save at least one person from making the mistake did!
