I applied for a job with this company and they are absolutely full of themselves considering that they provide B and C class properties. If they treat applicants like crud I can only imagine what they treat residents like. I have over three years of property management experience with an 80% closing ratio. Avoid this company! I shopped two of their properties (for free mind you) and they were TERRIBLE! She notified me a MONTH later that I didn't get the job which is unprofessional and not a realistic time frame considering that I emailed her twice and left a message. Illegal and unprofessional practices. She never even checked my references or previous jobs BEFORE passing judgment on me. I'm not really sure what her problem was but she needs to get off her high horse and pull her head out of her rear end....
