After several years of faithfully paying rent at this apartment complex I had just signed a new 13 month lease. 3 Months after signing it I recived a 30 day no-cause eviction notice. Upon inquiring as to the reason I was told "We just want that apartment back". Feel free to live here unless you value the terms of your lease.  Need to rent an apartment?
