Apartment Review for Bella Vita - Las Vegas, NV

I rented from the owner of the condo. Right before I moved in I find my kitchen window busted out and stolen. The condos were just old apartments converted to look nice but don't let them fool you. Mostly things were clean but windows are old and you can hear your neighbors. Not a safe place either. I was walking my dog and I came across a man yelling and smacking his girlfriend. Security did nothing. We called the cops. HOA is a joke. So picky about some things but the people above me had a German Shepherd that they had go to the bathroom on the balcony and would wash it off so it dripped onto my balcony. I had to get the health department involved since HOA did nothing and were very rude. I broke my lease and left. Horrible. Stay away.
