Apartment Review for Buffalo Highland Apartments - Las Vegas, NV

The apartment cannot be safe when the front gate is almost always broken and stuck open, nor when the side gate has a metal bar missing from the gate. The place is a pig sty, typically with trash rolling around for days. No one picks up after thier pets. The maintenance man lived across from me for a year and did nothing but complain about the management. He quit right when we moved out. The management seemed nice enough when I moved in but as I lived there and heard other tennants complain about them I started to wonder about them.....then I found out first hand. My wife and I travelled at the same time once, I went to 1 state for work and she went home to visit her parents. I asked for a parking permit for my truck (because it does not fit into thier "spacious 2 car garages") and when my wife came back the management had towed my truck even though they had issued a legit parking permit. Thier excuse was that the tags had expired during our trips so they towed it. They never even called to warn me...now thats a personal touch! $500.00 dollars later I get my truck out. Two months later I again had to leave town and needed to park in the visitors area, again they issued a permit, and again they went to tow my truck. FOR NO REASON. They do not know what is going on at all. I have been out of my apartment for 30 days now and they owe me over $600.00 and they still have not paid! Per their lease agreement: I should have received my security deposit within 30 days but have not. My point is: Avoid this place at all costs!!
