Apartment Review for Camden Apartment Homes - Camden Palisades - Las Vegas, NV

Office staff will ignore the heck out of you, if they even answer the phone that is. 80% of the time it goes straight to voice mail. They do have great & friendly maintenance people and its very quiet at night. The ''utility bill'' however is a JOKE! Its your water/sewer/trash bill and for a 2 bedroom last months was $79.80!! Most places charge a $25 or $30 flat rate but not Camden, its individual and you have NO recourse, pay the ridiculous bill or move out. They over water like crazy which is probably why the bill is so high and the security is sorely lacking. We have 2 phases here and 1 security guard at night that roams both areas. Right, thats a joke. The apts are older but well maintained and the grounds are pretty nice and well maintained. The deals here are good now so you probably get what you pay for. Anyone who has been here 4-5 yrs is getting screwed on rent as the rates have gone down a ton. But DON'T believe the office when they tell you the utility bill is only $40-$50. They are LYING.
