Apartment turn into Condos - NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Review Date: 11/7/2004 Reviewer: Ntamayo@Tampabay.Rr.Com
The Carlisle at Summerlin Apartments have just been sold and are being turned into condominiums. The problem is they are NOT worth what they are asking for. They are asking the mid 100's up to 300,000 for paper thin walls and ceilings. You can hear every movement, every door opening and closing, the toilet and bath water running. The ceiling creeks and with every footstep above my chandelier rattles. I have told them about this and NOTHING has been done. So, that is why I am posting this message to let all new home buyers know, The Carlisle at Summerlin is NOT worth investing in, unless you like hearing the people above you and below you. |
