Apartment Review for Casa Grande Pines - Las Vegas, NV

I have lived here for a year and it is the worst. We have roaches in the apartment, the shower doesn't turn off, the carpet was dirty when we moved in and turned my feet black from walking on it. The noise is bad and management won't deal with it. Our air conditioner broke and when the maintence man came to fix it he just looked at and said it going to rain so, I will fix it tomorrow. That night it was 90 degrees in my apartment and I just had a heart attack so, I was unable to sleep all night when they came to fix it the next day a air conditioner repair person was with them. I would not have rented this place if it wasn't for the fact that the house that we were renting forclosed and we had to find something quick.
