Apartment Review for Chateau Versailles - Las Vegas, NV

I've been stuck in these seemingly nice looking condos (not apartments) for 3 years now. The rent is decent for this side of town. But the units have paper thin walls and you can hear everything. The HOA is currently being investigated by the FBI for laundering money from the owners. There have been so many problems with this place there is a hard place to begin. It is not a nice place to raise a family. Everything is always broken (pool, mail room, gates, fitness center). The nice people have moved away and now since the value of this place has plummeted it is attracting criminals. The parking is beyond horrible. I cannot stress how much the walls are thin. I can hear snoring from my neighbor. I also hear a dog below whining everyday when its owner leaves for work. It can become very annoying when you are trying to work or read a book. I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy.
