I have had a great experience at City Center. I have never seen the problems that others have reported. The staff has always been wonderful and the building is clean and safe. I was an armed security officer in California and know dirt bag property's. I would highly recommend City Center to anyone. It appears that the bad reports are from bad tenants.  Need to rent an apartment?
