Apartment Review for Dana & Laurelle Apartments - Las Vegas, NV

Its $500 a month with basic cabel that has about 20 channels that work. The place has 2 1970's AC units and no weather stripping through out the place. After paying $200 on power because the AC units don't work and $100 for a phone and internet it's $800 a month and no better way to waste your fucking money! From the first day we moved in our 2 children 5 months and 2 got sick due to the AC units the doctor said they had a severe cold. When we told the landlord A.K.A. Shitlord, here's proof our children are sick we would like new AC units. She said the AC units are fine and we have never had a complaint before. The bathtub water came out sculding hot. She had no respone. We asked if the could cauck the trimming arround the windows so our children would not be sick, she said she would send over her onsite maintence A.K.A. tweaked out shit bag nephew missing everyone of his front teeth!! Of course shitbag never inspected the place. 3 people had their cars vandelized in the month we were there thankgod they didn't go for our car. One morning my wife went to work at 5:00am I was sitting on my couoch while my kids slept. Quietly, drinking coffee when I heard our next door neighbors standing outside of our front window drinking beer smoking pot and obviously on meth. They were talking shit about something private my wife had said to me the night before in our living room. Meaning these tweaked out shitbags are easedropping on my family and my children. My wife told the shitlord what had happend she said in her own words "The woman next door is indeed a meth addict "ex" prostitute and has been evicted from the property already yet she lived next door to my kids. My 5 month old son cries, all babies cry and the fat nasty slob hooker bitch next door would bang on our walls. Not only that we were told that the hooker was the caregiver if a REALLY old man that lived there and she took care of him. The shitlored said that the only reason that the tweaked out hooker still lives there is because the old man does not want another caregiver and he has lived there for 12 years. WHAT THE FUCK!!! SO, they bang on the walls all night long, stay up all night long and listin to everything that we say. In this hell hole of a plac eyou have no privacy and NO one and I mean NO one gives a shit about you or your family. So moving on, after going to the mannagers office and her giving the slut next door and the "old man" a noise complaint they threated me through the wall!! So again my wife went back to the office and agin the shitlord did nothing but sit in her fatass like always. Her sons and nephews run the property and I personally have wittnessed her son buy drugs. So remember you get what you pay for and your are payinf for Charlston and Fremont. CRACKVILLE!!! If you decide to move here I feel sorry for you, but if you do bring a gun or a blade to keep yourself safe. Ooh one last thing makesure to bring a fucking mountian of blankets because you will Freeze to death. FUCK THIS PLACE!!
