Apartment Review for Eagle Crest Apartments - Las Vegas, NV

PLEASE DO WHATEVER YOU CAN AND DO NOT RENT FROM EAGLE CREST!!! I am currently stuck in a lease here and I will make sure this is the last one. Here are the facts: 1. Roaches: They are literally crawling outside on the buildings and the dumpsters at night. I purchased two gallons of Ortho so they wont get into my apartment. One of my neighbors also purchased some Ortho and sprayed their doorways. 2. Grounds: They waste water. We are charged every month for water/sewer and every evening you can see the water sprinkler wasting water by watering NOTHING! The water is just running along the street. 3. Staff: Uncaring, unfeeling, cold. I have never been treated so poorly at an apartment complex. The late fees regarding rent are absolutely HORRENDOUS! I have never lived at a complex where when you ask to speak with the manager you are continuously given the runaround. I have been here for almost three years. When I first moved here the apartment was decent, now it's just short of a hell hole! Dont be fooled by the pretty website, it is just a scam. Due to the economy there are plenty of other apartments out there. Avoid this one and rent somewhere else!
