Apartment Review for Foothill Village Apartments - Las Vegas, NV

I have lived in this apartment for almost 9 years, when i first moved in it was a nice apartment, big.. cheap and in a nice neighborhood.. Since.. the nieghborhood has gone down hill dramatically. my car has been broken into 6 times in 3 years. security just sits at the office all night and reads a newspaper, pigeons poop outside my front door and the leasing office refuses to do anything about it. cockroaches run rampid inside and outside of unit, and they refuse to spray. rent has increased on 1 bedroom apartment from 510 when i moved in to 800 now. drug deals go on constantly outside my patio doors. needles were found at pool. gang fights break out on a regular basis. its a very bad place. and i trying to get out as soon as i can. PLEASE do not make the mistake of moving into this apartment.
