Apartment Review for Fountains At Smoke Ranch - Las Vegas, NV

lets start with Katie Lujan the apartment complex manager and her staff . they are very rude and they do not care. and if you have a problem they will not help you fix the problem at all. and if you need maintenance you are looking at 1 to 2 weeks before they can get to fix the Problem. and forget feeling safe in this complex. Security is a joke. and the main gate is always open. it is supposed to be locked from 6 Pm to 8 am well the gates are always open. and there is 2 smaller gates that are unlocked and broken. and they allow sex offenders to live in the complex. I have never ever felt save in this complex. I know of at least 3 cars that were either stolen and. or broken into. and the office staff does nothing about that at all. they just do not care. and nor do they care about if they raise the pet rent on you every month. this complex is a train wreck and I had a problem with the stove and they would not give me a new stove at all. they took 1 out of another unit. and it was worse then the other stove that I had.
