Apartment Review for Gloria Park Villas - Las Vegas, NV

The outside looks really nice, and they keep it up very well. The model is nice, everything looks new and isn't falling apart. There is a mircrowave, nice oven, alarm system, nice carpet...now to refresh your memory this is the MODEL. My partner and I signed the lease before we saw the apartment, first apartment made a BIG mistake with that one. There was spider webs everywhere, the carpet, kitchen, and bathroom looked like ass(excuse my french). Pee stains on the carpet, in the kitchen the like wallpaper on the cabinets where coming off, as well as in the bathroom, there are weird holes everywhere. I start having really bad ant problems, they are coming out of all kinds of places and i've had an exterminator come twice. It's not worth the time or your money. There is also only one nice person in the office and her name is nikki. Everyone else is rude. There are better out there...keep looking trust me.
