Apartment Review for Harmon Crossing - Las Vegas, NV

I moved in here with my wife about 1 year and 3 months ago. The management that was here before was descent, however the management now is not so great. In the past 2 weeks we have had 1 apartment that has caused many problems. This person has been busted twice with Crack Cocaine in his apartment and the 3rd offense was him stabbing 2 people (1 person twice and the other 15 times). The police never even processed him into jail and he is now back on premises and causing trouble. Security here does absolutely nothing except tell people to not drink right outside their apartments. The landlord ended up finally evicting this person, but it has taken almost 2 weeks after the stabbing for them to get him off the premises. These people will not repair anything that needs repairs. There are broken windows everywhere, bad landscaping, black mold, and the water heaters do not work (there is many more problems i can list). There is not a single worker that speaks english except for the landlord and she refuses to get outside help for repairs, which means there are no repairs happening. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY suggest to stay away as far as possible. The gangs that have moved in lately have now taken over the apartment complex so if you do not carry a gun, then dont think your safe here.
