Apartment Review for Las Palmas Apartments - Las Vegas, NV

A few years ago, i was going to rent from this awful place...it actually got down to where i signed the lease. I was promised a unit which for some reason became "unavailable" prior to my move in. They offered me another unit, and as i was out of town, i had no choice but to accept, sight unseen. Though i was given a very hurried "walk through" it did not give me enough time to inspect that the toilet seat was cracked, bathroom mirror was rotting, and worst of all, the unit had a roach problem...then of course the view was that of the dumpster. To make a long story short, it was a costly mistake...and the office staff was absolutely horrible and inconsiderate. They are only nice when you are inquiring about the place, once they have got your money...that's another story...! Although i will NEVER recommend this PUTRID place to anyone, those who do consider it, please check out your unit with a white glove before signing the lease!!!! If i could rate no stars for this place, i would!!!!
