I lived here briefly in the fall of 09 and thought it was a nice place. It was in good shape, no bugs, etc. The neighborhood's probably not the world's greatest but I'm a little female and I would come home alone on the bus at all hours of the night and never had a problem. My only problem was my roommates or I would have definitely stayed longer here!  Need to rent an apartment?
