Apartment Review for Monaco Park Apartments - Las Vegas, NV

Except for the office staff, this place is great. Beautiful and quiet, good parking, safe feel to it, dynamite location. The cost of rent is extremely reasonable, and with the double paned glass, the utilities run low (for Vegas). However, beward of the lease agreement -- we're being transferred to another state, and they get you and good for breaking the lease. But, if you're sure you'll be staying here, you can't beat Monaco Park. Out of the last several apartments we've had, this one is by far the best! If we came back to Vegas, we'd live here again.
