Apartment Review for Montclif Apartments - Las Vegas, NV

My wife and I recently moved here from Dallas after finding this apt online. When we first called on a weekend we spoke with the asst manager who was very courteous and informative. After getting the information we decided that this was the place for us. Before we could get out of Texas with our loaded U-Haul truck and car carrier that had our vehicle on it, it was all stolen while we slept at a motel. After callng the manager to inform her of what had happened and to let her know we might be delayed in getting there, she had already put the wheels in motion to help us out with donations of clothing and furniture. At this point my wife and I KNEW we had made the right choice for our new home. Once we arrived the help that the office staff didn't stop. This has to be the most helpful and caring management staff and ownership there is. They went far and beyond their duties to help turn a bad situation into the best it could be. I don't think we will ever move from here to be honest.
