Apartment Review for Newport Village - Las Vegas, NV

I have lived here for about 6 months now. I was scammed. The unit shown to prospective renters is in perfect condition. My apartment is horrible. The carpets are disgusting. Half of the electrical outlets do not work or are broken. The front bathtub faucet leaks like crazy, but I am afraid to call maintenance to fix it because they are as ghetto as my neighbors. There are drug deals, fighting, and loud music on a daily basis. The NLVPD should open a substation here as they are here at least twice a week for calls regarding my next door neighbors alone. The security is a joke and the "gated" community is a lie as the gates NEVER work. It is an overpriced ghetto. Keep driving and do not waste your time. I cannot wait until my lease is up.
