Apartment Review for Oasis Apartment Homes - Oasis Meadows - Las Vegas, NV

Lived at Oasis Meadows for 4 years, which was 3 years too long. The office staff will not accept packages for apartment tenants; you need to make arrangements to have them sent to your workplace. Renters insurance is a requirement. My one bedroom lease raised $10 the first year, then $30, then $80! Also, you pay full utilities, ie. water, sewer and trash. I was late with rent one time in my 4 years (I wrote the check days in advance and left it on my desk; my fault completely). However, no courtesy call, no knock on the door. Just a $70 fine and a letter with intention to evict. Staff is completely incompetent and argue with tenants rather than assist. Forget this place; scratch it off your list RIGHT NOW, trust me.
