Apartment Review for Pacific Harbor At Sunrise - Las Vegas, NV

A property management company such as Ovation that boasts properties like Tivoli and Verona has a DIRTY little secret in Las Vegas it is called PACIFIC HARBORS @ SUNRISE...this place is GHETTO...the people that work here are great but this is ONLY a job which they do well. You need something they are there...but the apartments are ugly...they are ghetto looking. The walls are so thin that you can smell what your nasty stinky neighbors are cooking...or killing which is usually what it stinks like here...The pool is great...the spa great....the the apartment exteriors need painted....the apartments need new cabinets, countertops and updated interiors.....If you are seeking to go for the pimp daddy ghetto fabulous look of the New Jack City penthouses this is the place to go.....add gold leaf and sign the line....if you want a nice apartment for the price ...... go to Camden...
