Apartment Review
Not worth the trouble
Review Date: 1/21/2010 Reviewer: Anonymous
Moved in in August, it took two weeks to get the correct key for the mailbox. When I moved in, the pantry door was warped, I was assured that it would be corrected. It never was repaired. The carpet in the apartment was extremely cheap, and filled my vaccuum with fuzz every time I cleaned. For a one bedroom apartment, they charged almost $50.00 in monthly trash and water fees. There is a 60 day notification period to move out in the lease. Due to a medical situation, I left after 4 months, and tried to pay the subsequent fee on the day I left. They assured me that they would forward a bill. When they did, a month later, they had tacked on a carpet cleaning fee of 45.00 and a 65.00 smoke eradication fee, although NO ONE had smoked in the place while I lived there. Go somewhere else. |
