The place is old, run-down and not especially clean. I wouldn't get into the spa even on days it was working. Lots of staff mostly standing around doing nothing. Street lights were often out and no one noticed. Usually took 3-4 reminders from me before anything was done. And they'll fabricate some reason to keep your deposit.  Need to rent an apartment?
