gate is always broken or open. Parking spot is always taken by someone who digs in the trash. Security is NEVER available.They were responsible for flooding my apartment and 4 days later am still waiting for them to finish fixing the carpet(was told 4-6 hours)not to mention the made various damages and holes to the walls while doing this!!! Garbage disposal has been broken since I moved in in october!! Horrible just horrible!  Need to rent an apartment?
