This is a low cost reasonable place to live in Las Vegas. It is an older building and the management and owners try to provide a reasonable place at a low price for people to live. We have been living here and the issues when they arise are usually related to tenant behavior . If you need affordable housing and your credit is not the best this is a good place. Utilities included Cable and Phone better than most.  Need to rent an apartment?
