Apartment Review for Sun Garden Apartments - Las Vegas, NV

The firs few days there was a bar fight outside... but after that I noticed nobody lived next to me.. the place is really nicely cleaned once in a while.. and I noticed they picked up the dead cat inside the wall hole that same next day. The apartment was handed to me with ugly painting but I worked on it myself. I am working on the kitchen right now. We have new staff and it seems like the hired professional painters this time. What can I say, I love my apartment, and it is about 3 blocks away from the College of Southern Nevada. Excellent deal for $490 a month with paid utilities, along with a free first month. They need to get me some new screens soon though.. .oh and I love the 25cent a gallon purified water stations provided nearby. The neighboors stoped fighting after I called the cops because I heard a woman cry and cry. Some dude had offensive music really loud last time, but that is the end of it. Good luck!
