Apartment Review for Sunrise Springs Apartments - Las Vegas, NV

I was a resident at Sunrise Springs and lived there for 6 months now. I found it to be a quiet and nice place to live. The Manager and her staff are very helpful, understanding, and polite. The complex is older but very well taken care of. The staff seems very proud of the property. When I first moved in I was told by my sister that being on Boulder Hwy was a horrible and unsafe place to live. I beg to differ. The Staff makes sure that no unwanted nonsense happens on the property, if they can prevent it they do. My work orders were handle in a considerable time frame, and the maintenace staff is very imforative while doing the repairs. It goes without saying if you have a staff that cares it will show in the property and that is true for Sunrise Springs. Not all is perfect, but it s pretty darn close considering the age. I loved my apartment and I adore the staff. I will miss living there. I moved because I purchased a house or I would still be a resident there. I recommend living here.
