Apartment Review for The Fountains At Flamingo - Las Vegas, NV

I have lived here for 11 months, someone has attempted to break in to my place 4 times. My apartment was flooding and it took maintenance 3 hours to respond, then they shut my water off for 3 days before simply installing a new water heater. My heat did not work, but it only took them 5 days and three attempts to fix the problem. I was without air conditioning for 3 1/2 weeks. Routine maintenance does not get done. The waste of water from the run down irrigation is criminal. All of this for $890 a month for a 1 bedroom!! I feel so ripped off....
