Apartment Review for The Regent At Town Center - Las Vegas, NV

i have been there for over a year now and in the beginning it was a nice quiet place but new managment has ruined the integrity and compramised the quality of life of its renters and or owners. the regent accepts month to month rentals itegrated with in the long term leaser, the security is a farse. managment changes policies on the fly w/o any notification to the leaser they harass long time residents with excellent records and give leaniance to short term residents with bad record of paying the garage they say is a garage is more like a storage unit because it is literally 200yrds from my apartment on the opposite side of the complex. the structure of the buildings is falling apart my kitchen floor has a hole in it and i mentioned it the day we walked through and now 13months later nothing im waiting to fall through and then there will be hell to pay. the regent is like any other business these days they do not care about your just your money and even when you givce them the money they will say oh we wnt that in certified check thats our policy now and then charge you a late fee of 25 dollars. your complaints can pile up with no result for yrs. STAY AWAY FROM THE REGENT AT TOWN CENTER THEY DON'T CARE !!!!!!!!!!
