Apartment Review for Twain Estates - Las Vegas, NV

The staff is friendly and the model is nice, but it all ends the day you sign the lease, so don't be tricked! The walls are so thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbor peeing in the toilet, no lie! I have heard that several people have had their car stolen or broken into in the parking lot. I do not feel safe here and the office personnel are not helpful. I have had several maintence problems, they are not quick to fix them and I don't like having these people in my apartment when I am gone! My apartment looks like they have been trying to patch over problems for years and not replace or truly repair anything.
