Apartment Review for Venicia Apartments - Las Vegas, NV

This apartment has become increasingly noisy in the past year. It's nice looking apartment. But, l've noticed it's not being maintained as well as it used to be. And the new staffs are cold and very unforgiving. No leniency, because "that's unfair to other residents" Trust me, it really touched my heart about their concern and caring. I've been cited for a couple of things that I did not do. (And in all fairness, they did clear that out) But, I am not happy that they were so accusatory to me before verifying the facts first. And it's lovely to wake up to gasoline powered leaf blower on Saturday morning, around 8:30 or 9. I would not be recommending this place. With that much rent, I am sure you can find something better.
