Apartment Review for Villas East - Las Vegas, NV

I was new the Las vegas and needed an apartment until I moved into my new home which would be a while, after living in a hotel I finally found this one. I saw the apt it looked clean but not lived in for a while- so they said it would be cleaned up and ready for me in 2 days... I go back 3 days later to bring the very small amount of things I had- clothing, shoes, TV, futon to a roach infested aptarment that had a new fridge put in from another apartment that was filled with roaches. After staying up all night and calling them to leave them a message they came right over with pest control- I had to go back to a hotel and wait. When I returned there was still bugs, and the smell was horrid, they did replace the fridge, but the smell was all over. I hired Merry maids and paid $140 for them to clean- 2 maids took 2 hours to get the stink out of a 600 sq ft apartment! The water from the floor was BLACK. I bought a shampooer and had to do the carpets 2x. A few days later the bugs just got worse than they were when I 1st got there. I told them I was leaving, and they sent a manager over to my place while I was away- i got an email from them saying I was pest free and they didn't know what I was talking about...I guess they missed all the dead bugs right when you walk in I killed when I left- BUT I took pictures! I am going today to get my dep. back and my move in fee, if not they will see me in court. DO NOT GO THERE! they have a weekly list for spraying- which means the whole building has problems- the roaches are outside and come up from the sprinklers, they will never go away. They have NO IDEA what clean is. You will always be out of the apt when they spray- NOT WORTH IT! I NEVER had my parking space either- I was getting tagged for parking in someones spot while the person in my spot stayed there.... The staff was nice at the begining so i could rent the apartment and but, after i pay the money they showed no care.The whole building can't be helped. They can do whatever they want- but sending you out of your place weekly is not a place someone should live or put up with. Oh and no pool for the whole summer, I was told by another person in the same complex. The city of vegas have this building as one of the worst places to live , The police is been here almost every day chasing drug dealers
