Manager Bobbie Hactcher is rude, vindictive & condescending with multiple mood swings who makes threats to tenants. Sexual harassment by maintenance staff who makes un-authorize entry of apts which is in violation of privacy. Un-supervise kids who leave grocery carts on complex & assign paid parking will be violated by others which management & owner seems to ignore. Save your self the hassle & un-fair late fee's un-less your're Hispanic.
